Great app. We use the post-purchase survey to find out how our customers found out about us and it is really useful data to help us know where to concentrate our marketing efforts. We needed help with the notifications and emailed the Zigpoll team who got back to us super fast and helped us with exactly what we needed.

Amazing app - especially useful on the Thank you page. The targeting options are absolutely perfect and translations done in a few seconds and very accurate. The surveys look amazing, very interactive the confetti on the end of the surveys is quite cool The predefined slides are perfect for getting started, so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel and can rely on the experience of the app developers. We are very satisfied with the product and with support received from Jason.

Great solution! I looked at a bunch of options but this one was definitely the best. The automated export functionality makes it super easy to send all the data to a JSON endpoint - now my marketing team is happy as they can see the responses without logging in to the website. The customer support is excellent and some features were added in response to a question I had, which made my life a lot easier!

This is working really well for our post checkout surveys. We primarily service one client with over 3,000 locations so this helps us differentiate between locations through the use of post-checkout questions. We had some trouble getting started with it, but customer service was readily available to help get us going and now we don't even have to think about it. 100% recommend.
