Karrie - and others were very helpful in getting me going. I am surprised at the patience they had with me. Taking the time to explain and get me going. I am sure some things seem elementary to her as she answers these questions all the time, yet she did not make me feel lessthan.

To be honest, I haven't used the app. I bought it, started doing things but I just never got around to setting everything up. The support have been supernice this entire time and when I cancelled they didn't have to refund me but did without any discussion. When I get around to having more time for this I will surely return.
