I am new to Zendrop. However, when I face technical issues and reach out to their customer service team, I received really quick replies and amazing customer support. Thus, I feel really confident that they will do an amazing job if any our customers have issues or questions about the delivery. Further, it is also difficult to find great dropshipping suppliers that offer quick shipping speed to several countries in Europe. Therefore, I can highly recommend them, especially if you are in Europe.

Great customer service

Great customer service and very easy to use. Products are solid and a great testing ground for new ideas. The branding features make all the difference for us.

So far the access to products is great- wide variety and seems to be good quality. Shipping does take long for certain areas, though prices are reasonable, for both products and shipping. I had misunderstood an issue and was it handled with much patience from the team.

Very useful app, the team is great and are always there to help! A bit pricey but you get what you want from it and more
