I’ll give it a 4 star because most of the products I looked for even when paying the yearly subscription were not available for dropping. I requested more than 5 products and all of them couldn’t be found or couldn’t be dropped shipped. But I must say that the customer service is more than excellent and exceded my expectations. They helped me get my refund and the help I needed. Thank you very much.

Honestly one of the best app integrations one could add to their store. With products ready to sell as soon as you link your store and a highly respectful, caring and quick responding customer support staff at your service, it truly feels like a premium app that deserves a 100 out of a 5. Well done Zendrop.

So far so good. My only issues with Zendrop are that some products don't come all the variations you'd find on a competitor's site or on AliExpress; and at times they can be a little too pricey to get high profit margins, so you might have to either move onto another product or compromise. It would be nice if on the Review & Publish section, I could edit the Variant Option names like Color, Size, add Compare At prices to each product variant, and upload my own images. Oh, and if you're looking to request a product via AliExpress link, just to be aware, they do say no a lot. But other than that my experience with Zendrop so far has been great!

very professional customer support, just that some products arent available when i sent a product request, but if you guys can fix that then everything else is perfect! and maybe the speed on the product requests can use some work too since ive had requests take like 5 days to return. but overall a good experience just the speed and product availabilty needs work.

I heard that zendrop is the best app for sourcing products, and it has been a good experience by far. They can source you products if you send them a link, and they can automatically fulfill your orders. They also offer fast shipping times, which is one of the major advantages in my opinion.

Harvey helped me with a refund because I needed clarification on how they charge to use their products. I will try them again in the future

Procedures are seamless. However, it would be appreciated if the reason for the decline fulfillment is stated in the status (declined) email/report.

Recomiendo la aplicación para las personas que están iniciando en el dropshipping. Es una plataforma bastante amigable, aunque aún existen detalles a considerar a la hora de la edición al agregar productos a tu tienda.
