I installed the application yesterday and deleted it almost immediately. Despite this, I was charged $29. I attempted to find contact information for the company to get assistance or request a refund, but I was unable to locate any way to reach them. I am being charged for an app that I did not use at all. I was simply exploring different dropshipping apps to determine which one would be the best fit for me before making a decision. It is very upsetting to see this kind of business practice. As a result of this experience, I will definitely not be using this app.

I signed up for Zendrop’s free trial and used it for 2 day. Somehow the account upgraded to a paid plan without my authorization, and billing has continued/attempted even after I uninstalled the app and followed the usual cancellation steps. I tried to downgrade it back but it wouldn’t let me either which is really weird sand confusing. I reached out to Zendrop support multiple times and have not heard back, which is unacceptable when billing is involved.

Placed an order for a single test product that cost over $40 with shipping. I was given a tracking code that when used 9 days after payment and not having received the item says that it has no info for the tracking number. When I communicated with the AI bot it kept suggesting to authorize direct contact with a tech, but wants to charge me $5 for the privilege. This was my 1st buy with them and was my test for quality, service and timeliness. Not very encouraging to use this supplier at all. It makes me sad since they were recommended.

Zendrop is no longer reliable and not worth the cost. We ordered two smart watch samples on December 11 and followed up every 10 days. Each time, we only received automated bot replies saying staff were unavailable and would get back to us. No one did. After waiting more than a month, we finally heard back from a human agent named Jamima, who told us the Chinese vendor had quoted the wrong price and that Zendrop would simply refund the money. This is unacceptable after ignoring us for weeks. This is also the third time we’ve faced similar issues with Zendrop. We run a jewellery and gift store, and our customers order items to gift loved ones. Delays and sudden cancellations seriously damage our business. Saying “we’ll refund you” after a month of silence is not a solution. We are on the Zendrop Plus Plan, paying $545 USD per year (around $815 AUD), and the value is terrible: No proper training or support as promised Product prices are too high to make profit Still need to write our own product descriptions The $99 prebuilt AI store is very poor quality and worse,Rather I would reccomend Shopify’s free themes like Dawn or Shine Zendrop may have been good years ago, but not anymore, especially heading into 2026. Support is unreliable, vendors are inconsistent, and the service does not match what is advertised. Recommendation to the new Entrepreneurs please Avoid Zendrop. Find your own vendors or use another platform.

All of there 5 star reviews are AI. This is the worst website of all time. Zendrop auto-enrolled me into a paid plan without clear notice, hid downgrade options mid-billing cycle, and required unlinking products and contacting support to cancel. The AI support agent repeatedly deflected instead of resolving the issue. Be very careful installing this app. Or just dont install it don't waste your money and time.

I was charged by Zendrop for redownloading their app to try and see my old dashboard (I only ever had a sample order, never sold anything). I redownloaded the app and cancelled it minutes later and then noticed a charge on my card. When I contacted their customer support, they told me I was outside of the 'refund window' and that they were 'unable' to issue a refund as it wasn't fair to other users!?!? Avoid.

Don't look at the average - scroll down to that last few reviews to see how bad this is. Insanely poor service. A misleading offer for $100 credits once I go through the 5 onboarding steps, but then buggy performance that didn't allow the app to register that I'd stepped through them all. When I finally argued enough with their bot to have the steps register, I learn that the "$100" they're offering is actually a $20 discount each month for five months. A lump sum of $100 in credit was what was expected, as it allows merchants like me to experiment with a new service without the risk of running up bills. Even Shopify sympathizes with my case, though they can't force an app to issue a refund. Shopify, you really need to institute better quality control, and simply put a stop to Zendrop's behaviour.

am leaving this review after a direct financial loss caused by Zendrop’s international shipping delays and lack of effective merchant support. Order #C’est 1010 was fulfilled on 14 December 2025 and shipped on 17 December 2025 from China. Tracking was active and showed the parcel was still in transit during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Despite this, the customer filed a bank chargeback under “Product not received” while the shipment was still moving through the network. The chargeback was resolved in the customer’s favor, causing me a £37.67 loss (£27.67 order value + £10 chargeback fee). Zendrop support acknowledged that the order was shipped and that delays were due to international logistics and seasonal volume, but provided no practical solution, chargeback protection, or accountability for the merchant. The full financial risk was transferred to me despite no failure to ship. Merchants should be aware that long international shipping timelines, especially during peak seasons, can easily result in chargebacks with no protection. I will not continue fulfillment with Zendrop and cannot recommend them for businesses where delivery speed and dispute protection matter.

Do not use this for sourcing – My honest experience since Nov 2025 I have been using Zendrop since November 1st, 2025, and I want to share my experience to warn other ecommerce beginners. I purchased the "Plus" plan for $100 during a Black Friday sale, but even at that discount, I feel ripped off. Here is my timeline using their "Sourcing Request" feature for four different products: 1st Product (Massager Wand): A few days after they sourced this for me, they contacted me to say it was out of stock and offered a lower-quality substitute, forcing me to change products. Later, when I received my first order on Dec 23, 2025, it sat "In Review" for 8 days because they were out of stock of the gift bag I had sourced. They never emailed to notify me; I only found out because I checked. It took an additional 3 business days (in total 13 days) just to ship after that. 2nd Product: I ran ads for two days before they randomly increased the price. Their explanation was that "supply and demand cause prices to fluctuate." Isn't the entire job of a sourcing agent to confirm pricing with a supplier before giving me a quote? 3rd Product: They provided a random bundle I didn't ask for. After I sold just one unit, they nearly doubled the COGS immediately—raising the price from around $33 to $64.88 making its impossible to continue selling. 4th Product: They sent me the completely wrong product attached to an email claiming, "Our team worked hard and found this product from verified suppliers." The sourcing feature is a joke. I finally requested a refund for my subscription. Since it had been over a month, they denied it (I had only used about $9 in credits). My advice to newbies: Don't make my mistake. Do not listen to the YouTubers who are affiliates for this app. I am accepting my $100 loss as a lesson to be more careful when choosing suppliers, but I will not be using Zendrop again. 0/5 stars

This is the worst dropshipping app you can use. They've created a nice UI, working buttons, and they're literally preying on people. Better product prices compared to competitors, credits usable for 10% of orders... Rest assured, they're indirectly taking even more. They claim the Private Agent feature unlocks after 20 orders. That's a complete lie. You're constantly talking to AI support; you can't reach a real person unless they want you to. Orders are processed very slowly. To make matters worse, they shipped one of my orders to a different country. When I requested a refund, they refused responsibility, and when I provided proof, they didn't even respond. All of this is based on my experiences over the past month. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this app! There are tons of alternatives; stay away from this! *I'm sure they'll try to contact me after this review, but I will never delete it; it will remain here....** **My real rating is a BIG ZERO.

Zendrop m’a simplement fait perdre près de 200 € sans fournir aucun service réel. J’ai utilisé la plateforme en pensant qu’elle m’aiderait à gérer ma logistique et mon stock. Zendrop m’a confirmé qu’ils pouvaient livrer vers mes destinations. Une fois les commandes reçues, il m’a été indiqué que la livraison n’était finalement pas possible. J’ai donc dû rembourser tous mes clients. Malgré cela, Zendrop a prélevé l’abonnement ainsi que des frais sur chaque commande, alors qu’aucun colis n’a jamais été expédié. Résultat : perte d’argent, perte de temps, aucune valeur ajoutée. À fuir. À ce stade, DSers est largement plus fiable.

The worst app on earth. They deduct money from your account without your permission, and you can only stop this by permanently closing your account. Secondly, they don't offer many products, and what they do offer is probably useless. Their customer service is terrible; they terribly disrupt my work and deduct large sums from my account for subscriptions to plans I didn't choose.
