I requested an update on progress and didn't get a response at one point, and then we weren't alerted when the new feature was live - we had to ask again to be told that it was already deployed. Update: It seems there were some emails from Yanet that we did not receive, and they are looking into the issue.

Excellent service when I found a problem with the Template printing onto two labels 7 rows down. Tracy put the Development team to work and they fixed the problem in under 4 hours which then worked like clockwork. Great backup well worth investing in. Thank you Tracy and your Dev Team

I had an issue with the connection to my printer and wasted a stupid amount of label prints. Alex was able to help me get things situated so that I could get the labels I needed printed. It was a lot easier than I ever expected to get assistance.

Very unhappy with the Shopify's label printing options (my biggest complaint about Shopify POS), I've tried most of the label/barcode printing apps available to find the best fit for me. I've found this app to be the most customizable and functional. It's easy to use and allows me to get exactly the information I need on my price labels. Yanet's team, Anita specifically, was quick to answer any questions and provide help needed. Am I happy about having to pay for something that should be a standard feature of POS? No. Is that Yanet's fault? Absolutely not. They just saw a need and filled it.

Hi All! I was having trouble printing tags and I contacted Shopify probably 10x times to help with no avail... Finally I reach out to Yanet and Anita worked with me for 2 hours and resolved my issue. I would recommend these guys!!

The app was working fine just yesterday, now they seem to have updated it. Yesterday when I went to print my labels from products I already have the barcodes for, it asked me to pick the products. Once you click where you want to choose the products from, the screen stayed in the small pop up box, which had the print button inside after you were done checking. This update causes a blank pop up to show, the new screen is now in the back. Once i click off the pop up, and click the boxes to choose my products.. there isn't a print button to press.

I have to admit that this was a bit confusing to me at first. Truth be told, I'm still advancing on the learning curve. But support, especially Anita, has been wonderful. They have been very patient and incredibly helpful.

Just installed and seems to work as intended, printing out batches of barcode labels. Wish there was more detailed explainer for setting things up it but Anita from support was helpful.

Appreciate the support provided to print the right template for my barcode. I was confused as to how to print. They have readymade templates which I can choose to print.

Great app for printing barcodes, but I accidentally lost my label due to a startup error and ended up with a lot of free labels to print. Awesome app to use to print barcode. Thanks Alex for helping with this

The app is easy to use and has all of the functionality that my store needs. They also have outstanding customer service. Their support team is easy to reach and very responsive. The chat support is great. Anita sent me free labels! (which would be worth paying for). coming from a clover system, this is a bargain. works great.

Great APP. I really like the new improvements including the new user permission settings. This works very well with our retail stores. We use to have issues all the time with people changing the settings. Easy to use and highly recommend.
