The Barcode Generator app is simple, fast, and reliable. The interface is easy to use, and customization options are great for personalizing the barcodes. What stood out the most was the excellent customer support from Alex.

I needed some tweaks to my label and Liam was very helpful and answered all my questions. The customer service is outstanding and the app is phenomenal with lots of features.

It looks like the custom solution they built for us is going to be very good. However, it took about two weeks to deliver and communication during that time wasn't great. I requested an update on progress and didn't get a response at one point, and then we weren't alerted when the new feature was live - we had to ask again to be told that it was already deployed. Update: It seems there were some emails from Yanet that we did not receive, and they are looking into the issue.
