The install and set up was fabulous. I am technologically inept, and the crew at Redo flawlessly set up the features that I wanted in about 15 minutes on a video chat. They walked me through the whole process, helped me explore the dashboard, settings and all the admin stuff. When I contact them with questions, they are very responsive and helpful- and the one time I needed a settings change, they did it for me, which saved me time and stress! I highly recommend that if you have a product that consumers hesitate about because of the potential for exchanges (like clothing) that you install this app TODAY! Game changer for sure!
