The platform works well and helps build trust. Greg was awesome once I was connected with him to resolve an issue I had. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the prior rep I was speaking with took a very long time to get a resolution. I was very thankful to be transferred to Greg and get everything sorted out! All in all, a great app.

Excellent support team! Quick to respond and for issues that require more time, they're very communicative every step of the way. The returns portal recently got an update and it looks so much better. Docking 1 star because I find adjusting any complex settings myself is challenging as they live in multiple places so you run the risk of messing something up. That being said, if I need changes the support team is there :)

Thank you Cade, Dylan, Easton and Anderson for helping me understand, learn and adjust my workflow to meet our company needs better. I was ready to walk away with frustration. App is exceptionally easy to use. The concept is also quite brilliant in terms of giving the software away for free and essentially making the customer cover the cost. The workflow has really streamlined our returns process and we are excited to look into the services they offer. Onboarding and sales process was a little disorganized but the guys we worked with were still solid and answered all of our questions.

Warning! This app will break accessiBe which is a crucial app for staying ADA complaint. I found out that if I turn off the app switch in the website settings it fixes the issue and Redo still works fine, so I'm not sure why it's needed. Other than that, Redo has been amazing and it has even increased our sales.
