I would probably give it 0 stars if I could. We seemed to get off to a good start but the amount of double ups in invoices and journal entries was insane. The lack of ability to update settings without contacting support was also terrible.

Not good. We had at least found 3 orders that were not synced to our Xero after we removed some items from the original orders, and that led to incorrect amounts on the invoices. It took nearly 1 week for them to investigate the issue, and they did not reply until I chased them by email. Sadly, the answer was that they did not receive the update notification from the Shopify side and asked me to report the issue if I encountered it again. Come on guys! I found this issue three times and reported it twice and no fix. What's the point of reporting it again? If there are any other options, I would definitely uninstall this App. It's really embarrassing and unprofessional when your clients complain that your invoices are not correct.
