So far, I am IMPRESSED. Customer service team for this app is VERY fast to respond to chat inquiries. In less than 12 hours since trying to set up their wholesale app, I've interacted with customer support and 3 different very helpful customer service reps. Each inquiry was answered accurately, and I've even had them start to do some custom pricing options that aren't built into the plugin for me. I installed and tried to configure about 5 total wholesale apps (I didn't even try SparkLayer, too pricey for me starting out getting into wholesale) and Wholesale Pricing Discount app has everything I need. Most impressively, is their dedicated standalone "Wholesale Catalog" functionality. This is so cool, and is a combo of a wholesale catalog, and a quick order catalog. All of the other options they allow you to configure I think should cover most peoples functionality needs. I am very happy I found this team of developers, as they really are on top of things and respond within minutes, sometimes only a few hours in the middle of the night here with me being in the U.S. After testing several of the other alternatives, I feel like this app is worth every penny for the time and trouble it will save you testing out and installing other wholesale options that just feel like they weren't built with everything Wholesale Pricing Discount app has been built with. Time is money, and this app and its great team will save me a lot of headaches. I'm happy I found them and don't have to stress out about finding the perfect wholesale tool. I wanted to try to make it work with free plans available from other apps, but they just didnt cut it. You can stop your search for the perfect Wholesale app, this one is it!

We were looking for an app that could split off different customer pricing by customer tags as well as allow for additional discounts to be applied. The purpose of this was to allow for employee, industry, and marketing discounts to be able to show pricing at the PDP & PLP level. They could then shop at their appropriate price level based on specific customer tags, rather than using discount code needing to be distributed and applied. The app does accomplish what we were looking to do, but the customer service level of Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B app also is pretty great -responses generally get back within 30 minutes and are helpful. There are a few small limitations and I do wish there were a few features that could be implemented (for example one feature I'd love would be that you can have "hidden" products that show based on the customer tag, but its not a full product page like what you'd normally see). All in all, this app accomplished a lot of the requirements that we were looking to achieve. I'd realistically give this a 4.5/5 if this was possible as it isn't perfect, but does a very good job. I've been happy with the overall app performance and service behind it.

This App is everything it claims to be and much of the setup we could do ourselves. However, we received significant assistance is adapting the app to our needs and customizing our theme. The help was timely and professional. Without this app I don't know how we couldn't use Shopify for our B2B store.

I had some issues with the app configuration, but the team were able to solve all my problems! I think the app is worth it for people who wants to build a B2B store! The only thing I think could be improve is to be able to create different tags with different payment terms. Right now, you can only have one customer tag that regroup all the payment terms.

We have been using this app for over 2 years now, and it has had a significant impact on our company's sales. After trying out numerous wholesale apps and testing them, this app had the most features, and it had many of the features we desired. . [1. Dedicated wholesale section / B2B, B2C combined store] What stood out to me most was the ability to choose between two styles in this app, which I found only this app offered on Shopify. Originally, we utilized the B2B style, where all products on the existing collection page would immediately receive discounts upon logging in. However, during a major website overhaul, as the discount rates differed for retail and wholesale customers, we opted to switch to a dedicated wholesale section that only wholesale customers could see. The flexibility to switch styles was truly appreciated, as most wholesale apps do not offer this dual functionality. . [2. Features] The app allows separate customer management, provides volume discounts, and issues coupons. The sign-up form is also customizable. It was incredibly convenient to have all related features available with just this one app, without the need for separate downloads. . [3. Prompt feedback and customer service] The best aspect is the ability to call and inquire directly. Even when contacted via email, we received prompt responses and feedback. Recently, when an issue related to this app arose on our website, the manager and developer formed a team, engaged in an online meeting with me, quickly grasped the situation, and resolved the problem in real-time. Furthermore, they continuously followed up to ensure our website was functioning smoothly. I sincerely appreciate the swift customer service. . Have been using the wholesale app for a little over two years now. It certainly has made life a lot easier having a portal where customers can directly place wholesale orders. Customer support has been great at assisting us when we run into any problems. They also found ways to make the app work for us even though we are using other apps that are not compatible with the wholesale app.
