Love this app! It’s such a great way for our different types of customers to log in and see their own specific pricing. It's done simply but most importantly, the team at Wholesale Helper is incredible. They are always quick to respond and extremely helpful. I’m not the most tech-savvy, but they took the time to understand my questions and worked hard to find solutions that tailored the site perfectly to my needs. Hats off to them!

After testing several wholesale (B2B) apps we decided to go with this app. It offered the most comprehensive features and the pricing is reasonable. It also had the option to connect to other related apps for additional features such as the WSH Order Form & ReOrder which we also ended up installing and using. The team there is very quick to answer our inquiries and helped us set things up exactly how we wanted. They helped us with our custom requests as well. There is currently a global shopify issue preventing checkout on my site. when I reached out to the developers of this app thinking it might be the app, they responded in 15 minutes AND had already built a work-around to make my site operable again despite the continued shopify issues. Very very pleased with the customer support and the app does exactly what we want it to do.

I don't deal with this app, as it is in the wheelhouse of my business partner, but I can comment on the customer service. When we do have a problem, they are very responsive and offer succinct instructions for the fix. I am running a unique shop that has both retail and some limited wholesale items. We will be scaling both types of products in the future. This works fantastic for a seamless unique wholesale experience. We needed something that will be scalable and this is it. Also, the level of customer service is also top shelf! Incredible support!!!! We are in a different time zone but every time I leave the team a list of instructions and questions everything is sorted as soon as they are back online. The app itself is doing everything we need, allows our wholesalers to login and make orders themselves at wholesale price, which saves our team lots of time in emails and back and forth with manual order forms. 10/10 :)

The app works fine and if it doesn't match exactly your need, you can always ask the IT team some help. Even with the time shift, they try to be available and are very responsive on every requests we have (always in 12h max). The app performs well with the Lock Manager solution.
