Very Very bad experience for start to finish. It breaks our codes for checkout, poor and slow customer support. Absolutely will not recommend.

Horrifying translation - literal translation - they keep charging you even thought you have passed beyond the limit allowed in terms of words. What actually they are charging for? They also promised 24/7 support, except they don't work on weekends.

I've uninstalled weglot app but still be charged in the next month.

I would have given it 0 stars if that were possible. This app was recommended by an agency, but they clearly haven’t used it much. Translating our mega menu is impossible. The default translations are catastrophic, Google Translate does a better job. And when you need to make changes, it’s only word by word. In short, don’t waste your time or your money.

La pire app que j'aie utilisée. Pour qu'elle fonctionne, il faut changer les DNS de ma boutique. Résultat : quand j'ai désinstallé l'app, et que j'ai voulu remettre les DNS d'origine, cela a créé un problème technique majeur qui a rendu ma boutique inaccessible pendant une journée, et m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps pour que je comprenne quel était le problème et comment le régler. Shopify ne devrait pas permettre à des apps d'imposer des changements de DNS comme le fait Weglot.

Worked well the first time. Stopped because expensive. Reinstalled and then a nightmare began. Super low level customer service just copy pasting helplessly the instruction of the website. DISAPPOINTING for such a budget !

It's the worst app I've used. The website loads with no texts, then all the text appears after 3-4 seconds. Also, I deleted the app and since I have to change my DNS a records for this tool, now my website is not working at all... I never saw an app with a worst setup and execution. And for $32, is a rip off.

The app had persistent bugs, and despite contacting support, the issues were never resolved. It also negatively affected my store’s SEO performance. I was forced to uninstall it, which resulted in losing several days of translation work — a major setback.

When I signed up I picked the 39/month Business plan, but the platform automatically enabled a hidden "Volume Upgrade" option—something I never noticed or consented to. Because of this deceptive practice, I was charged over $300/month for four months before realizing what happened. Even after canceling, the charges continue. This is predatory behavior—shame on this company for exploiting customers with sneaky auto-upgrades and ignored cancellations. I’ve already taken action by: Reporting to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Disputing all charges with American Express Filing complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies

Ils te font encore payer même quand tu désinstalle l'appli. Je ne sait même pas comment arrêter la domiciliation...Appli pas terrible en plus de ça.

Terrible app. You manually translate content on their platform, but the changes never reflect in your store. Their support team constantly tries to shift the blame, claiming it's an issue with Shopify or other apps, but never their fault. Truly disappointing.

Cette application n'est pas compatible avec shopify Shopify permet de paramétrer différents marchés ce qui ne permet pas la compatibilité avec l'application weglot qui coute mensuellement une fortune en comparaison aux autres modules de traductions existants. Les autres modules concurrents de weglot proposent aussi le référencement seo sur les marches etrangers. Gagnez du temps, passez votre chemin

WEBSITE DELETED!! DONT USE THIS! I deleted the Weglot app on my 8-figure store and my ENTIRE WEBSITE was deleted. I lost over $100K+ because of this APP. DON'T USE THIS APP! WEGLOT WILL DELETE YOUR WEBSITE

Don't install this app, super expensive, and also I have deleted it and it still on my site. CAUTION: WILL LEAVE CODE AFTER UNINSTALLING!!!
