Misleading Pricing and Unnecessary Installation I initially installed the "WAX: Marketing on WhatsApp" app because it was listed as a free app on the Shopify App Store. However, I quickly discovered that this is misleading. The moment you install the app, you're faced with a paywall, requiring you to choose a plan starting at $149/month, plus additional charges for WhatsApp Conversations. The most expensive plan is a whopping $649/month. This pricing structure wasn't transparent upfront, and it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. If I had known about these costs beforehand, I wouldn’t have bothered installing the app. The time spent installing and then immediately uninstalling this app was completely wasted. I strongly advise anyone considering this app to carefully review the pricing before installing, especially if you're expecting a genuinely free experience.
