Stay away, they charge you extra money even if you said Hi, Walmart is Migrating to Item Spec 5.x on Aug, this App does not support Spec 5x with regular subscription, they want to charge an extra fees to do the change to our store, this means the app will be useless after Aug 2025 if we don't pay an extra fees to the App Dev. We have to pay them to make their app working with walmart, hhhh that is really funny, this means if Walmart make a change every week, then we have to pay them every week additional fees. the app in general has few issues but I was fine with that according to the regular subscription, I wasn't expecting everything perfect, but to ask an extra fees to make the app working with Walmart that is very strange and acceptable.

Installation was very easy and setup of the custom item profiles that Walmart requires was very smooth. This has been instrumental in navigating the specific item requirements and the support team has been very supportive throughout the onboarding process. App devs try to upsell rather than fix your main problems. We were constantly going back and forth with the support, and most of the time, they make you a ticket and then close it without providing a resolution, which makes you have to contact support again. We constantly had issues with this app.
