Installing this app was a bit tricky but customer support was excellent and every agent I reached out to was super helpful. I'm very impressed with the quality of customer service and how quickly they resolve issues for you so you can get the app running ASAP. A few days after the app went live with my bundle offers, I got my first bundle purchase! Give this app a try :)

The app made us huge loss. The app has many bugs. It does not show number of times discount used. The customer can literally rob your store. Becareful while using the app.

The app is well-priced, intuitive, and offers a wide range of features. Their customer support is quick and attentive. When we encountered an issue with the B2B customer tag, they promptly investigated and implemented new logic to resolve it efficiently.

Great Customer Service. The app is easy to use, but I found I still needed help which their team was very helpful in assisting me with set up and continued assistance as I added more products and different deals for my clients. There are also a bunch of different options for deals and ways to promote your deals. Would recommend this app for sure.

I've just added Dealeasy & I had a couple of questions as I was setting things up. I started by chatting with Boomika online & she was very helpful. We progressed to a Zoom (at her kind suggestion) so that she could show me around the App and answer anymore questions I might have. She was great & very knowledgeable about the App & made some useful suggestions that I can use going forward. Boomika was generous with her time & very friendly & I can highly recommend her & Dealeasy. I'm using it for bundles to start with, but I can image using it for much more in the future.
