We've been enjoying the Selleasy app for a little while now, and needed some help with customization today. Sudhan was very helpful in getting our requested enhancement in super quickly and exactly what we asked for. Sudhan and everyone on the Selleasy dev team is great to work with and makes everything quick, seamless, and easy!

We've only been using the app for 24 hours but it's working well to provide tiered volume discounts. Great customer support!

Support is a bit slow. The app has good features, but I couldn’t find the analytics section. How can I track conversions through the app? I also sent other setup-related queries in the chat but didn’t receive a response. The app has great potential but the slow support makes it difficult to set things up quickly.

I'm still trying these deals out, but so far, this has been a great experience. The customer service is on point. Very fast and very helpful.

I installed this app to offer my customers more over Black Friday, however I will be keeping it installed as the app itself and the support is absolutely brilliant. Massive thanks to Sankari who helped me fix a free gift error at 7am on actual Black Friday, and previously Sudhan who helped code something for me that wasn't working properly. Thank you!

I found this app, read all the reviews, and it sounded perfect for what I needed on my site. I installed it and went to the support chat to explain what I was trying to do. I was told it could be done, and a support person named Sah entered my shop to set it up. After a few moments, they asked me to wait and then showed me something that was not at all what I had requested. When I explained that it wasn’t correct, they told me that if I wanted it set up the way I asked, I would have to edit the theme myself — and then they left the chat. This is not good service. It’s unprofessional to leave someone hanging, especially after saying the setup was possible. If you can’t do the job, just be upfront and say so. I do not recommend this app. I am very disappointed.

High quality, easy to use app and they have great customer service. Sometimes I have the most obvious questions and I just can't figure it out, but Suki helped me out no problem.

I use this app for the progress bar on my cart page. It works perfect. Now I needed it to make a product with a lot of different variations. Also I was able to make this in the Dealeasy app. Needed some help to set this up and Trissha did this with me through Zoom. Thanks for the help.

Excellent app, I used it for a tiered promotion and had great help from customer support to set it up. Worked without a hitch, very clear signage on product pages for my customers. Highly recommend!

I have had the most amazing customer service experience with Dhina. He was able to talk me through the set up of my bundles, advise me on what discount display works best for what I was trying to achieve and even helped me set everything up!
