The app is good and has potential, but it is currently too glitchy. The more I use it, the more glitches I find. Don't have time to contact support about any small error. Hope they make it smoother in the future.

We’ve used Dealeasy for a few months, and the developer (Logbase) has been a consistently professional partner. Communication is excellent—responses are fast, clear, and solutions-oriented—and they’ve implemented every customization we requested without friction. We were initially skeptical about introducing discount tiers for our product mix, but the feature has encouraged larger baskets and helped lift sales. If you haven’t tested Dealeasy yet, I recommend giving it a try in your store.

Surya was excellent and had me set up in a few minutes. The app is easy to use and cost-effective (take note you more expensive competitors). I recommend this app for all Shopify owners.

I am loving this app. So easy to use, and I have tried way too many other volume pricing apps. The only thing I would like to see is an area to be able to write a small description of the discount for the 'home' page. Otherwise, SO easy to use, and the support I needed was super quick and handled perfectly.

Tier Price Plans become confusing when Etsy and Amazon orders are included, despite the app not being used for those sales. Shopify's App Store should include a policy in its terms and conditions to prevent this practice.
