We’ve been using Vitals on our Shopify store IKONIAN and it’s easily one of the most useful all in one apps out there. The app itself is packed with features and saves us from installing a bunch of separate apps, but what really stood out was the support. We ran into a small issue with the announcement bar overlapping our header during a live promotion, and the Vitals team jumped on it straight away and fixed it quickly. Support was friendly, patient, and actually took the time to make sure everything was working properly on our store before closing it off. Highly recommend Vitals if you want powerful features and a support team that genuinely helps when you need it.

I've said it before - but they really are he one stop shop for your store. And guess what, if it doesn't work, you reach out to customer support and they make it work by adding custom code to your website. One of the very few companies out there that put customers first! HIGHLY recommend using them. I've replaced 3 paid subscriptions with this 1.

Vitals is an all in one suite that adds so so much to any store. From section builders to Rich Snippets through to a Reviews application and much more. The amount of value is incredible with this. Add to that a super responsive support team who'll help almost instantly with minor coding tweaks its like having a personal tech support in your pocket - almost! Seriously joking aside - try it out and bring your basic shopify theme to life - you won't regret it.

Vitals is fab, easy to instal and lots of really useful apps to add to your online store and give you more control over presenting your products more successfully to potential customers.

This app is excellent! I have been using many different apps trying to achieve various goals! 1. Support is second to none! I have never used an app with genuine, helpful, fast support! 2. The app is straightforward to use! The features are great. 3. Our conversions are up! The AOV is up! Everything is moving in the right direction, and frankly, a lot of it is down to the apps within this app! This app has paid for itself within the first 10 days of usage! I mean come on... what else can you ask for!

So easy to use, didn't watch any tutorials. 15 minutes later i set up 9 of their features. Makes the site look pro, and should help increase conversions based on stats.

Truly lives up to the name. There are so many features in the app that we love, like the Back in Stock and Bundle features. I like that you can customize where you see alerts so you choose where messages pop up. I do wish you could customize the widgets themselves a bit more, but most work just fine. Customer service is also great!

So far so good. The app has so many features to help run my store without me having to install and pay for many others. The support is great. My questions are always answered within a couple of minutes via the chat. They have been around for a while and I wish some features were more advanced such as being able to match the spin the wheel to my store's theme colors and the ability to publish product reviews to my FB page and IG account. Because of that, I do have to use another app for reviews but if that's not important to you, their review app works great. All the apps included work great. So, I highly recommend!

Muy buena atención cuando uno necesita hacer cambios o modificaciones que la app no puede por defecto, se adapta muy bien a las necesidades. Faltan algunas cosas por mejorar, pero en general es una excelente aplicación y muy buena respuesta de los ejecutivos.

Pleased with the functionality of the app so far! It has a lot of great features. There are some things that I hope they add in the future, such as titles for product reviews. Otherwise, they have had great customer support. They are very quick to reply and solve any issues you may have.
