Nous utilisons My Stories depuis une semaine. Il est difficile de mesure l'impact sur la conversion en aussi peu de temps. En revanche, le support est super réactif est à l'écoute. Nous avions un souci de code sur le site qui empêchez les vidéos de s'afficher sur certains navigateurs internet, le support a passé une semaine à chercher sans relâche pour trouver une solution. Compte tenu du tarif demandé par rapport aux autres solutions du marché, c'est un no-brainer !

Enfin elle est arrivée ! C'est une application que l'on cherchait depuis des mois. Trés bon rapport qualité/prix et le Service client est au top. Trés facile d'utilisation, responsive sur le site, elle a changé l'experience client de nos pages produits !! Je recommande fortement surtout lorsque le produit a besoin d'une démonstration ou a une histoire à partager :)
