Switched over from CS App. Overall, my customers and I are loving the clean look of the layouts and product descriptions. The product descriptions look exactly like my website, where the CS app looked messier. The collections are way easier to shop and having checkouts through Shopify has been my favorite part yet! The recent update of notifications on the app going straight to a collection/product was much needed and appreciated. I am knocking two stars because my live streams are definitely glitchier and I am REALLY missing a dashboard/access to my customers carts. The features my customers have communicated that they miss are the free shipping windows, a waitlist option (even if it isn't exact & automated) and cart holds. I have to agree with them on those features & hoping some version of those to be added. Other than that, I am actually liking the app better than the CS app which I didn't expect I would.
