Promising app but plagued with shopify integration problems. Veequo was pushing random stock numbers to my shopify store. In the settings I said to not import cost prices, but it imported cost prices. Veeqo imported deactivated fulfilment locations into the settings, veeqo was set up as one fulfilment location for about 25 of my skis and went into my catalog and edited each product and set each product as being fulfilled by its location. Support was pretty useless.

I really want to like this app but it just does not work. I have a very simple set-up. Sell on Shopify and ship via Amazon FBA. Nothing complex. However, Veeqo is unable to pass back the tracking number from Amazon into Shopify and trigger the shipment notification to the customer which I am having to do manually for every order at the moment. This is like the most baseline functionality of the app and it's even more crazy that the integration does not work considering this is an Amazon owned company. Support have said it's a bug and have offered no timeline on when it will be corrected. Call me crazy, but this should be table stakes. The fact that the company is not prioritising fixing such a baseline feature should tell you all you really need to expect from this app. Luckily the app is free - so take this critique with a touch of temperance. Nevertheless I would advise to go for a paid app that actually works and can send a tracking number to your customers....

Inventory sync across platforms is a game changer. New features are being added all the time. Customised reports save so much time when it comes to taxes, easily find out COGs. Coming up a year since I've started using Veeqo and haven't looked back!

Such useless support doesn’t exist in any other organization. Most likely inherited from Amazon. Tickets remain unresolved for 2-3-4 months. UPS claims can’t be filed because a master account is required, and Veeqo says, ‘File it yourself, we don’t know anything,’ while UPS says only a master account can file the claim. USPS labels are deleted, but they always stay on the USPS scan form and later appear as accepted packages. Consequently, no one will refund you for the label. In one of my favorite movies, there was a phrase: ‘an avalanche of sh*t.’ This perfectly describes this app.

Love this app, its been a game changer for me. I can ship from all channels in one portal. Lets me batch print labels and see a pic of the item. Rates are competitive.

I really want to give Veeqo a higher rating as the software is very promising. Unfortunately Veeqo does NOT synchronize order edits that occur in Shopify. You heard that right... Say a customer reaches out that they ordered the wrong color or size of something and you go in and edit the order before it's been fulfilled. Well those order edits do NOT synchronize to Veeqo and you'll end up fulfilling the incorrect items. After spending what seemed like months of back and forth with Veeqo customer support and even their product people, I was finally able to get a solid answer from the CEO of the company saying that Shopify order synchronization is on the roadmap for sometime in 2025. I honestly wanted Veeqo to work but am finally just fed up. You need to have 100% confidence that items shipped to your customers are correct. Anything less means angry customers and headaches for your fulfillment team. This software should be removed from Shopify until they can fix the bugs.

Veeqo is terrible. I have not been able to get our Shopify account to work properly with Veeqo. My inventory and order information does not sync. I submitted a request for assistance on August 19th and now it's September 16th and they keep telling me that the engineering department is working on it but cannot commit to a timeframe. If you sell through Shopify, you will need to update everything manually until they get their act together.

We have been using Veeqo for many months. We use it for shipping only, not inventory management. It has been very useful in compiling orders from different e-commerce platforms in one place (for us that means Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Shopify and Walmart). The shipping process is easy enough. We have seen improvements in some of the processes, so it seems they are regularly working on making things even better. It fits our needs very well. We are satisfied for what we need it for.

Very convenient to combine both amazon and shopify storefronts. The savings per package is also a nice bonus. I do wish there was a clearer way to create bulk shipments.

Really changed the game for us as far as inventory and warehouse management goes. Super streamlined and easy to set up, everything works extremely well, and when things don't, support is very helpful. Great product I recommend it to everyone.

Been really enjoying the switch from Stamps.com to Veeqo for my Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify orders. I like that I can use USPS or my UPS account and also write a new order if I'm taking an order from a non e-commerce platform. I also really appreciate the protection I'm given for my Amazon orders!

We love the ease of shipping. You have so many choices of rates, and shipping companies. It is also very convenient to have the delivery date next to each option. The credits back on each shipments are a wonderful addition!

We use VEEQO not only for shipping, but for inventory management. We switched from using a $1000+ per month software (Extensiv) to VEEQO and we are able to do everything we actually need, it works BETTER than the previous software, AND IT'S FREE! We've also been able to save money on our shipments because we get the same UPS rates we get within amazon to ship items from our other channels. We're super happy with VEEQO. 10/10.

We switched to Veeqo from another vendor when they started to have monthly surcharges, Veeqo is much easier to use with some advanced functionality like putting the SKU onto the label itself! Saving money and time and no hassles!!

Geat app! Dramatically decreased our average shipping costs. We were even able to integrate with multiple sales channels so that any order we fulfill gets the discounted shipping price.
