What Merchants Think

Merchants generally view Veeqo Shipping as a valuable tool for consolidating e-commerce operations, particularly in managing orders and shipping across various platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. Many users appreciate its comprehensive features and the cost-saving benefits it provides. However, satisfaction is mixed due to concerns over customer support and synchronization issues, particularly with Shopify.

Key Strengths

  • Excellent integration with multiple e-commerce platforms, enabling centralized management of orders and inventory.
  • Time-saving features such as inventory synchronization and batch label printing.
  • Competitive shipping rates and credits, leading to significant cost savings.
  • User-friendly interface and ease of setup for new users.
  • Strong feature updates and improvements in response to user feedback.

Common Concerns

  • Subpar customer support with long waiting times or unresolved issues.
  • Issues with order synchronization, notably with Shopify, affecting order accuracy.
  • Reported bugs and lack of certain functionalities like combining or splitting shipments.
  • Some merchants took issue with Amazon-related features and perceived misinformation about app capabilities.
  • Concerns over the amount of data access required for proper functionality.

Final Thoughts

While Veeqo Shipping offers robust functionality that many merchants find indispensable, these strengths are often overshadowed by customer support challenges and technical issues, particularly with integration and synchronization. The app remains a good fit for businesses needing multi-channel support and looking to streamline and reduce shipping costs. Merchants considering Veeqo should weigh the potential for integration difficulties against its operational benefits.

Back in October USPS froze all our Veeqo (Amazon) shipments from our website due to "postage not paid". From best knowledge someone was generating fraudulent USPS labels thru Veeqo. After weeks of items not being delivered by USPS and run around by Veeqo we ended up reshipping or refunding orders to our customers. Veeqo just kept saying more time, we all know no one is going to buy anything on line and wait 3+ weeks to get it. We are now 3 months later and Veeqo still have not offered one penny in compensation for 1. The items that were never delivered 2. The items that we refunded that we never got back 3. The cost to reship the item to the customer 4. The original postage that was paid. It's pretty sad that a company like Amazon does this to their users. They just keep on saying its "ongoing". Well its been 3 months I think you are best off at this point to just say you are doing nothing and we are just out of luck. So yeah, use Veeqo at your own risk. Its a great platform to use but understand if something happens they are going to leave you to fend for yourself even though it was them who took your money. Shame on you, for a company the size of Amazon this was a pathetic example of how customer service should work. Amazon them selfs would have refunded this it it was there customer direct but I guess they feel like you should not do anything for your own. FYI this has at least happened 3 times now that I have seen. Best off using Shopify shipping, Shiprush or any other of the vast amount of shipping programs. Do not take the carrot of "free" it will cost you dearly in the end.

12/17/2025 - A year has passed, and Veeqo is still a dumpster. They still have not been able to fix the issue with canceled labels appearing on the USPS scan form. Such useless support doesn’t exist in any other organization. Most likely inherited from Amazon. Tickets remain unresolved for 2-3-4 months. UPS claims can’t be filed because a master account is required, and Veeqo says, ‘File it yourself, we don’t know anything,’ while UPS says only a master account can file the claim. USPS labels are deleted, but they always stay on the USPS scan form and later appear as accepted packages. Consequently, no one will refund you for the label. In one of my favorite movies, there was a phrase: ‘an avalanche of sh*t.’ This perfectly describes this app.

This is some pro level gaslighting. FIVE YEARS AGO the CEO announced carrier branded packaging for USPS, Fedex and UPS, see here: https://changelog.veeqo.com/usa-carrier-packaging-2FMQi4 The carrier branded packaging does not exist for UPS in Veeqo as of current. It also did not exist when I first reported it about 6-8 months ago. BOTH chat support tickets claimed this would be a "FEATURE REQUEST", and NOT a bug. Wtf?!? I swear, they must pay these people extra to double down on the gaslighting while still not providing the features they claim they have.

we really wanted it to work and wasted a bunch of time. Almost about to go back to shopify default shipping. Not worth the clunkiness.

Promising app but plagued with shopify integration problems. Veequo was pushing random stock numbers to my shopify store. In the settings I said to not import cost prices, but it imported cost prices. Veeqo imported deactivated fulfilment locations into the settings, veeqo was set up as one fulfilment location for about 25 of my skis and went into my catalog and edited each product and set each product as being fulfilled by its location. Support was pretty useless.

I really want to like this app but it just does not work. I have a very simple set-up. Sell on Shopify and ship via Amazon FBA. Nothing complex. However, Veeqo is unable to pass back the tracking number from Amazon into Shopify and trigger the shipment notification to the customer which I am having to do manually for every order at the moment. This is like the most baseline functionality of the app and it's even more crazy that the integration does not work considering this is an Amazon owned company. Support have said it's a bug and have offered no timeline on when it will be corrected. Call me crazy, but this should be table stakes. The fact that the company is not prioritising fixing such a baseline feature should tell you all you really need to expect from this app. Luckily the app is free - so take this critique with a touch of temperance. Nevertheless I would advise to go for a paid app that actually works and can send a tracking number to your customers....

I really want to give Veeqo a higher rating as the software is very promising. Unfortunately Veeqo does NOT synchronize order edits that occur in Shopify. You heard that right... Say a customer reaches out that they ordered the wrong color or size of something and you go in and edit the order before it's been fulfilled. Well those order edits do NOT synchronize to Veeqo and you'll end up fulfilling the incorrect items. After spending what seemed like months of back and forth with Veeqo customer support and even their product people, I was finally able to get a solid answer from the CEO of the company saying that Shopify order synchronization is on the roadmap for sometime in 2025. I honestly wanted Veeqo to work but am finally just fed up. You need to have 100% confidence that items shipped to your customers are correct. Anything less means angry customers and headaches for your fulfillment team. This software should be removed from Shopify until they can fix the bugs.

Veeqo is terrible. I have not been able to get our Shopify account to work properly with Veeqo. My inventory and order information does not sync. I submitted a request for assistance on August 19th and now it's September 16th and they keep telling me that the engineering department is working on it but cannot commit to a timeframe. If you sell through Shopify, you will need to update everything manually until they get their act together.

This platform is a bug filled mess. Feels like it's in pre-beta testing. Can't combine shipments, can't split shipments, support tickets go no where... Don't get suckered in with the promise of no monthly fees, the headaches this platform cause aren't worth it.

awful product. veeqo claims "Get Protected - Amazon will protect your account and pay for A-to-z claims related to delivery issues or items not received (INR).** this is a LIE. Amazon will NOT protect your account for labels bought via Veeqo. AZ claims get ZERO protection, Amazon does not care about Veeqo Seller Gaurantee, and ignores it. and Veeqo simply does not care that Amazon does not care! we have been waiting around 6 months now to get reimbursed as per Veeqo's promises....and spent countless man hours chasing them up....but CS just make false promises...if they reply at all. as for the advertised 5% credits...in reality these are more like 0.5%. Fools gold both ways these guys just dont live up to their promises. dont get your hopes up, and DON'T GO VEEQO!!

Be careful. The advertisement for this app says that it's simply for buying shipping labels. In reality, you need to provide access (view and edit) to the full information of your sales channel. For example, from Amazon, this includes: Tax Remittance, Selling Partner Insights, Amazon Fulfillment, Pricing, Finance and Accounting, Product Listing, Inventory and Order Tracking, Direct-to-Consumer Shipping, Tax Invoicing, Buyer Solicitation, Buyer Communication!!! Moreover, there were notifications from Amazon that the app requests reports on all these categories every couple of hours. You cannot buy labels without providing this data. That is, they blatantly lie, covering up with label buying to gain access to all the information about your sales channel. Support does not hesitate to refer in every message that they are from Amazon. But they apparently do not know that due to Amazon's constant harassment of sellers, this is more a reason for distrust than trust.

Buggy and unsupported. Sync in not working right. Some addresses show up and "unverified" and you can only buy DHL labels. Try calling them with a question. Call rings for 3 to 5 minutes and then you get a VM that picks up and asks to call them back.

System isn't ready for release - too many bugs, doesn't sync with platforms in any reliable way. Support is enthusiastic and friendly but hindered by a product that doesn't work. After 10 weeks of trying to get this app to work, missing £5k in sales and losing the first part of the Christmas sales period we've given up and moved to another app. This one has potential (I liked the UI and functionality) but just isn't ready for release yet.
