Not the most feature-rich app, but excellent support. Some of the language around building subscriptions and settings is unclear, not making you sure what functions are going to actually appear. Basic admin is quite difficult, as subscription filters are very basic (you can't even filter by subscription) and there's no sorting. There are quite a few advanced admin options, particularly on the Enterprise plan, but having to know and enter individual subscription IDs (rather than selecting by subscription, tag, etc.) to make 'bulk' changes is essentially impossible when you have more than a handful of subscribers. Despite these complaints, we've managed to use the system for some time to manage subscriptions in an ok manner, without the genuinely excellent help from the support team I don't think we'd have lasted this long.
