i have install UFE Cross Sell & Upsell Bundle the app is really nice and good for the store upsells but there are need some more updates required by using the AI tools, Ms Aleena supported me today to setting up the App for my store and while doing it, i had discussed with her about my idea which she had share with her technical team and they liked the idea as well for which they have told me they will implement in their next update so, i am now going to wait and see how it will be on this app. I would really like to thank Aleena for sharing my thought with her team.

The customer service is extremely good. I don't leave very often a review but this was really.. i got more help than on paid apps. I spoke with a real human, not a chat bot, and they helped with a problem on my side (brave browser was blocking teh widget) and also made live customisations to the widget. Really.. i am surprised. The assistant was Aleena. Not sure about others :). Thank you!

The UFE bundle is very convenient to use. When I didn't know how to place it on the page, customer service Archana gave me very professional help and helped me solve the problem in time. I will continue to use it.

Note that the TY pages from this no longer work and the supposed "update" has been in the works for some time now. As an existing customer, I wasn't even notified that the app would stop working. I had to go into my analytics to see that my highest-performing offer had ZERO IMPRESSIONS for the last 30 days. I messaged support and they just said, "the fix is coming soon". This has lost me money and the developers had plenty of time to update since Shopify announced changes to TY pages a long time ago. Terrible lack of communication from this company and now I need to invest even more time and money into implementing a new app into my store to replace this one. Save yourself the time and just don't even install it.

Damn.. How could I have forgotten to leave a review!? Truly, one of the best apps on this platform. I checked our analytics, we started using the app 7 months ago and have earned an additional $5k in sales throughout that time, just from the upsells alone. Everything works flawlessly and whenever there may be a bug, the support team is ON IT. Smrithi deserves every raise possible, including the app developers themselves. Wonderful app and team.
