The UFE bundle is very convenient to use. When I didn't know how to place it on the page, customer service Archana gave me very professional help and helped me solve the problem in time. I will continue to use it.

Note that the TY pages from this no longer work and the supposed "update" has been in the works for some time now. As an existing customer, I wasn't even notified that the app would stop working. I had to go into my analytics to see that my highest-performing offer had ZERO IMPRESSIONS for the last 30 days. I messaged support and they just said, "the fix is coming soon". This has lost me money and the developers had plenty of time to update since Shopify announced changes to TY pages a long time ago. Terrible lack of communication from this company and now I need to invest even more time and money into implementing a new app into my store to replace this one. Save yourself the time and just don't even install it.

Damn.. How could I have forgotten to leave a review!? Truly, one of the best apps on this platform. I checked our analytics, we started using the app 7 months ago and have earned an additional $5k in sales throughout that time, just from the upsells alone. Everything works flawlessly and whenever there may be a bug, the support team is ON IT. Smrithi deserves every raise possible, including the app developers themselves. Wonderful app and team. The app itself is usable, but the support is terrible. There are glitches with the pricing discounts, and the support team is completely unhelpful. It seems like the same person keeps replying without checking the previous messages, just repeating the same thing over and over. After two days of contact, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

We recently installed this app for our online store to display upsell offers in our shop. We searched a long time for a fitting app for our specific requirements and this one seems to fit them the best - the designs are adaptable and if you need some additional coding the support is there to help you. Amrutha was especially helpful! There are lots of different settings that are useful for example the "most popular" setting for upsell offers. The only thing that we are still missing is an integration with Shopify Translate & Adapt. But as the UFE Team works on that i have high promises that this app will help us immensly to boost our sales + conversion rates :)

A frustrating hunt after a cross-sell app finally ends - here! After uninstalling half a dozen useless apps we finally got to UFE where everything changed. It has it all! The looks, the functionality, ease of use, and ease of navigation are all great, you name it. We had very specific requirements to maintain the look of our store, to have photos of the recommended products listed in a specific layout and position, and to work with Variants and the UFE provides it all without an exception. It's super fast, works almost like it was a Shopify-native platform, has tons of options to set it exactly as you need it and much more. What was even more fascinating was when we approached the tech support about a change to be done across all our funnels (maybe 70 off), they volunteered to chew it for us and they did the labour and fixed it all on their end.
