Very good customer service, the app gives you many different options which at first can be confusing but the team walks through it very simply with photo evidence on what to do. Nice straightforward integration.

The app very well and fully customizable A to Z. But sometimes is doing some problem but the support team too good. 24hours support and fixed the issue ASAP.

The support team is brilliant. Quick to reply and sorted any issues. The app itself took a bit of time to customise properly, especially for the email templates. But it does the job and looks good on the website. Would definitely recommend.

I have reached out to their customer support multiple times to resolve an issue, but I have not received any response. Despite several follow-ups, the lack of assistance is unacceptable. If customer service is important to you, I do not recommend this app.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Spent hours setting up. Then started getting a handshake error, it uninstalled itself. lost all my reviews I imported. starting from scratch with another service!! waste of time

They are very professional and they care so much about their members. This is rare let me tell you that. Customer service is exceptional. They listen to your needs and do everything to make it work for you. Really loved working with them. I recommend you to stop looking further and just become their member. You will not regret!
