Have been a a lifelong free plan and now all of a sudden they have secretly started to charge us 179 dollar/month! A complete scam and I would stay away from this App every day. Stay away from it if you do not want to get scammed.

Tracking data correct (tested with other tools), team is always there to help. Very Easy setup of tracking via UTM and API.

The UX is quite good because it's built like on Meta, which makes looking at and understanding data easier. However, the reporting tool is not perfect, and we face monthly different technical issues.

I have been using TrueRoas for several months. Initially, it worked quite well, but in recent months, it has been a constant struggle. Technical issues are frequent, and basic functions often don’t work as they should. We constantly had to request links to extend subscriptions for all e-commerce clients, and it almost never worked. As a result, many clients were incorrectly charged by TrueRoas. Customer support often leaves issues unresolved. Choose another third-party app, even if it costs more. It will save you from constant headaches and the frustration of dealing with small tasks that should work seamlessly from the start. /Jack Rihs

Me ha funcionado muy bien para poder comparar campañas en una misma plataforma o también para comparar campañas de distintas plataformas. El único problema es que el budget me aparece mal en moneda chilena CLP.

Good price for very integrated reporting. It has been nice to see a wholistic view of sales and spending across platforms.

Not a reputable company! I had an active subscription and from one day to the next nothing was tracked anymore. I wrote to the support team and they didn't help me. After more than 10 days of waiting, I canceled my subscription and then they said they would no longer help me because I canceled my subscription. So I paid money for nothing. Way too expensive and the support is simply incompetent
