Update: The support is really nice and helped me with my problem, everything works nice :) I love the dark design

I like the team behind TrueProfit, and I really like the app. Several times they setup a Google meeting with me to help me understand the features, and how the data is displayed, which I struggled with, which is not the apps fault, I just wasn't understanding some of the data I was looking at. Well, after a thorough conversation with Grace, I feel so much better, and I know how to read my sales data correctly. If you are looking for an app to help you track every bit of spend and expense, and I do mean every bit, within Shopify and even outside of Shopify, like external software you use, etc, give TrueProfit a try and be patient. I am glad I went with TrueProfit. Thank you for all your help Grace!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER It just doesn't work setting up the Google Ads Connection. I tried 5x. The support asked me to DELETE ALL BROWSER DATA. Are you out of your mind??? I should delete ALL my browser data? Like all my cookies, browse history, etc? I even deleted the cache and it still doesn't work. They should start by programming a working app instead of quick fixing it all the time, they told me other customers had the same problem. So why not fixing it instead of letting the customer suffer with stupid solutions?? I will look for another app, this one is just PAIN to setup!

Just started using it. Had a few issues at first but customer support helped sort everything out. Seems very useful so far and much better than tracking spreadsheets.

Support is helpful and timely. The app for the cost is a value. Of course there are always some additional features/metrics that we would like to see, it is a great app overall as compared to other profit apps we have used in the past
