I've been using this app for a week and absolutely love it. I now know at any given moment how my shop is performing. It took some setting up, but the team guided me through and made the whole set up process very straightforward. Also any question I've had, the team have gotten back to me immediately. I use Facebook and Google ads. Before TrueProfit I was keeping track of my spending and profit in manual spreadsheets which would take ages and often not be totally accurate. Now, at the click of a button I can see how much I'm spending, vs money coming in. This puts my mind at ease or gives me the info to make changes. An absolutely great app! works wonderfully to reflect ALL numbers you need to make sound decisions with a lot of customizations such as custolmised costs and variable costs as well (such as commission on ad spend etc), handling fees (per order or product type) and much more. The free trial is huge plus! As for the support team, they are extremely wonderful! Harper was a HUGE help in walking us through the app and answering all our questions. Absolutely 100% satisfied!
