What Merchants Think

Merchants generally appreciate Trexity for its seamless integration with Shopify and its support for efficient same-day delivery, making it particularly suitable for small businesses. While the app is mostly praised for its usability and helpful customer service, some merchants have faced issues with delivery protocols and the app’s API, which have led to concerns regarding package safety and delivery accuracy.

Key Strengths

  • Seamless Shopify integration, allowing easy order processing.
  • Excellent customer service, responsive to user needs.
  • User-friendly interface and easy to teach and use.
  • Real-time tracking with UBER-style notifications and maps.
  • Strong support for small business needs, enhancing local delivery operations.

Common Concerns

  • Inadequate handling of undeliverable parcels, sometimes left in insecure locations.
  • Issues with the app’s API leading to incorrect delivery area availability.
  • Minor delays in driver pickup and delivery times after pickup.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Trexity is regarded as a robust delivery solution, especially for small businesses seeking to streamline local delivery operations. While the app is mostly praised for its strong integration capabilities, user-friendly features, and dedicated customer support, it does have areas for improvement regarding delivery protocols and API accuracy. Despite these concerns, many merchants continue to recommend Trexity as an effective and valuable tool for improving delivery efficiency.

Warning to all users considering using Trexity. Apparently, their "Business Code of Conduct" is to abandon a parcel outside of an apartment building, and consider that delivered. Missing an intercom number? No need to contact the shipper, just leave it on a busy urban street side to be stolen. Insurance to replace said stolen package? Nah, it's your fault for trusting Trexity to safely deliver it in the first place. This is the 2nd incident I've had with Trexity. Prior issue was their API offering a delivery address that was out of their range of delivery, then blaming our company for allowing the customer to use THEIR APP to choose Trexity as a shipping option at checkout. Edit: Please show me a policy on your website where it specifically states that if a parcel is undeliverable, it will be left outside of an apartment building in a busy urban area. I'm sure the rest of your clients would love to see that.
