Our brand has been using Tolstoy for the past 2 months, after implementing it, we've noticed a drastic increase in CVR + AOV. The videos make it engaging for potential customers to see how others viewed/liked our product as well as them also being able to see how it could also improve their life. For $300 a month this app is buggy as hell. Always super frustrating to adjust anything in this app, it's always glitching and you have to do simple tasks 10-20 times for it to finally work. Everything you do keeps resetting. Incredibly frustrating to use but decent app.

Very helpful Team! Thank you to Mikaela and Niezl, you guys are amazing. I talked with Mikaela from Tolstoy about changing location of arrows on my main page carousel, as they were not very intuitive, and the Tolstoy team was absolutely helpful beyond my expectations in customizing it. Not only did they send me an updated code, but also helped me implement all the changes, and now the arrows are exactly where I wanted them. Everything happened very efficiently as well - from my email to proposing and implementing the custom to solution in a matter of one or two days. Apart from customer support, the app itself is rather easy to navigate. So far I like the design and functionality.
