Tolstoy is unmatched when it comes to any other products on the market. Their support/customization make it a seamless interface to install and get live quickly! We are already seeing CVR drastically improve after implementing this app across our homepage and PDPs. They are innovative and overall would recommend this to anyone looking for a video/UGC app!

The app is hard to use and the customer support is extremely slow to respond. I do not recommend the app at all.

An hour into this app and I can already tell this is going to be great for our website! It is so easy to use and Mikaela was on it within minutes of any questions I had. I really appreciated her sending pictures with arrows and highlights rather than just text answers. That made it so much easier to navigate through the questions I was having! This app is awesome and I highly recommend!

You pay based on impressions rather than video views. Allows the app to charge you just for people viewing your product pages. So now you have to worry about CPMs on Ad Platforms AND CPMs on your product page. Don't be seduced by what looks like low monthly costs, look to alternatives that charge per view rather than per impression.

The App is not tyrannical in relation to excess viewing charges. They guided me to analyze video viewing information that was not the impressions of the videos. It is unfeasible due to the high prices.

Mr. Buluran, the Customer Success Manager assigned to us, was incredible attentive, spending over an hour and a half helping me set up the app and ensuring everything was working perfectly. That level of support truly made a difference. (Thank you Francis!!!) As for the app itself, I was blown away by how visually engaging it made our webpage look. Seeing our products in motion adds a completely different dynamic compared to still images - it's like the content came to life!
