You pay based on impressions rather than video views. Allows the app to charge you just for people viewing your product pages. So now you have to worry about CPMs on Ad Platforms AND CPMs on your product page. Don't be seduced by what looks like low monthly costs, look to alternatives that charge per view rather than per impression.

The App is not tyrannical in relation to excess viewing charges. They guided me to analyze video viewing information that was not the impressions of the videos. It is unfeasible due to the high prices.

Mr. Buluran, the Customer Success Manager assigned to us, was incredible attentive, spending over an hour and a half helping me set up the app and ensuring everything was working perfectly. That level of support truly made a difference. (Thank you Francis!!!) As for the app itself, I was blown away by how visually engaging it made our webpage look. Seeing our products in motion adds a completely different dynamic compared to still images - it's like the content came to life! Niezl has been very patient and accommodating when helping me to customise the Tolstoy app to suit my shop's requirements. Haven't set the app live yet, but the support has been great so far.

We stumbled upon the tool by chance, looking for options to effectively integrate our UGC content on the web. Although we have only been using it for a short time, we are very happy with the support team and setting up everything is very easy and with many options. We love Tolstoy. The world is accustomed to short-story-type videos that are easily accessible and we mainly use Tolstoy for that functionality.
