TicketFlow provides a simple ticketing system for customer support. Customers can open a support ticket from a storefront support page, pick one of their own orders, attach files, and follow the conversation. Merchants can create tickets in the admin by selecting a customer and picking an order, then reply with attachments, update ticket status, and manage tickets in bulk. TicketFlow can also create internal-only tickets that are not visible to customers.
