So far, it has been a seamless and pain-free experience. Onboarding was transparent and well-organized. The representative has been helpful and proactive in resolving any issues and providing answers to our questions. The interface is easy to use, as are the reports. The integration itself is more intuitive, as it leverages Shopify Tax. We're cutting our costs in half and getting an upgrade!

This service is like night and day, heads and shoulders above what we were previously experiencing with our former provider. The onboarding was so clear, step by step, and the menus and flow of how to get things set up were very easy to follow. We had one hiccup with our SST registrations but at that point the onboarding rep at TaxCloud took over and handled everything. So glad we switched!
