Sumtracker has been a game changer for our business. We are a manufacturer that utilizes multiple local subcontractors to produce our product. Sumtracker allows us to send PO's to those subcontractors and keep track accurately. The bundle feature of Sumtracker is also extremely helpful, as we use it for the retail side (product bundles), but we also use bundles for keeping track of components that need to be ordered from our subcontractors. The staff is always very helpful when we have questions and are always open to our suggestions. I forsee Sumtracker becoming even more advanced over time, so we are excited to see new features along the way!

This app is straight forward and the support is super fast and helpful. We tried several other similar apps in the last 2 years and nothing came close to Sumtracker. Best inventory management app when you need BOM lists of products / Bundle inventory.

After trying over a handfull of apps Sumtracker finally provided us with a solution for our biggest challenges. The installation and setup went very smooth. Within a few hours I already was on a videocall with one of their staff who was able to answer all of my questions. We have been very satisfied with implementing Sumtracker into our platform as our Stock Management System. The unique bundling function has been a key feature to how we manage stock in form of products and components today. Sumtracker is the perfect tool for managing our inventory, PO and anything related to managing our SKUs, bundles and components. We used to be on a 2000$ tool and Sumtracker is equivalent if not better. Until we move to an ERP, I don't see us going anywhere. A lot come from Ankit and his team - they're super responsive and helpful. They want to make their tool better and they want to help you. I've never waited more than 12 hours for an answer. 5 stars and kudos to them

Outstanding customer service. This app is far more functional than other inventory apps I have used (Shopify native, Trunk) so it is more complicated to use. Every time I have had a question customer support has promptly walked me through it step by step. I thought that working outside of Shopify would be more cumbersome than it is. I highly recommend this app.

This app is great for tracking inventory for products. Because we are a manufacturing business, the only complaint I have is that it doesn't offer a way to track ingredients and parts of base products and finished products. That would close out our needs for a full inventory tracking system. However, the purchase order capability (which I haven't been able to really use a lot, since we are manufacturing most of our products) is useful and works well. Now that the scanner capabilities are back up on the Inventory screen, we are happy campers. Purely for tracking completed product inventory and integrating with Shopify, we are happy with the product. The customer service team communicates very well, is super helpful, and will do everything they can to help figure out and resolve any issues. It does take some time because I'm in the US so there is a time difference between here and the ST team.

A lot of the other apps are ok if you are linking by creating new listings yet most of them have problems doing that with existing listings. Sumtracker was one of the easiest syncs I've personally. Also the pricing is more than fair, considering how much time you save manually linking products. Love the UI too, really recommend.

sumtracker has been a great experience for us mostly because of how responsive and helpful they are. they are more than happy to hop on a call at any time and are very solutions orientated. the system is very user friendly and seems to have a lot of positive additions to their roadmap which will eventually make this a more well rounded solution that we are needing.
