I have been using it for a few months now and have had an excellent experience. It was easy to install and its usability is very good. It can be improved significantly in terms of translation to other languages, as I couldn’t find all the fields I needed when translating to Portuguese. I also think the customization could be improved overall. Additionally, during the migration of customer credit card data, some records were left without first and last names. This caused integration issues with logistics and CRM applications, highlighting the need for more robust data validation during migration processes.

App has a lot of features, too many for me to understand properly but that means I have a lot of options. It does take some time getting used to it but whenever I need help I can just speak to one of the staff and they analyze the problem I have and point out my problem and sort it out for me themselves! Really amazing customer service and I would recommend to anyone who would need a subscription service! :3

Appstle Subscription App is the best App for my subscription service. They are very quick to respond and help you when you need it. I was not familiar with how to set up my Subscription service, I reached out and in just a few moments Sebastian reached out and sent me a break down of how to set it up. Once set up, I still need to change a few things, reached out to Sebastian again and he proceeded to help and guide me to set up the subscription exactly how I wanted it. Probably not much I can say thats not here. Customer service is top notch. The app is not the problem, it was me. I never waited longer than 5 minutes. Customizations are endless. Kylie, Nancy, Jackson, and Sean are super professional and have the patience of elementary school teachers. Great app great team. Anything you need with the app just click that blue chat icon, you will get help fast.

I’m on the highest-tier plan and use the app’s API, but a basic feature like sending 20+ requests isn’t working. They’ve been trying to fix it for nearly a week, halting my automation and business processes. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone needing more than basic subscription features.
