Subscription plus has been a dream to use and our customers love it, I personally love the simplicity and the functionality of this app its very uncomplicated. Our customers enjoy the set and forget style of subscription as we sell wholesale beauty supplies this makes their lives as business owners a little easier. We have been using this app for about 18 months it was very easy to install and use, from our back end though to the customer interface and website integration with product pages. There are some limitations on customization of the look of the app within the product page but easy to fit any brand and theme. The customer service from HULK apps the creator has always been fantastic and top notch, recently I tried to access some information about customer email notifications prior to the subscription charge and Nitesh was so helpful in teaching me how to find this information and modify it for future reference. He truly went the extra mile and took the time to understand what it was I was looking to achieve. We switched from another app that was clunky and difficult to navigate, I new when I saw this option from HULK it was going to be a breeze we use other apps they have created for our store.

From start to finish, their support was exceptional! Juan was incredibly responsive and addressed all my inquiries with professionalism and clarity. Kenan was the service rep that helped me set everything up! And the set up made it so much easier to start using this app. I've been trying different options throughout this week and having to go back and forth between Youtube to set it all up. This was quick and easy.

The support team is quick to respond, and will pretty much do all of the set-up and troubleshooting for you. Works great.

The service from Shruti and Kunal has been outstanding – they have worked with me on calls and via email to fully customise the subscription widget to reflect my detailed requirements – fitting in with my brand design and Shopify theme. I did have some trouble setting up this subscription service, but the customer support person was more than able to help and resolve my issues. I love the fact that I can set this subscription service up as a one-time purchase as well - this allows customers to try one of my subscription kits without having to commit to a monthly subscription. I highly recommend this app!

This app has helped my niche business model come to life! I have a subscription based model to release new digital content each month and it was very hard for me to find budget friendly app that fit my needs. I am not technically savvy and the website development process is not my favorite. There are some things that I cannot do through my account that manually need to be tweaked with the development team. However, whenever I have a request, I meet with Bhavya and he is always extremely helpful and responsive! He listens to my requests follows up on the design changes immediately. He has helped make the website development process not as daunting. Thank you to the whole Subscription Plus Team for all you do!

Impressed by customer service level for a free app - especially Danin. But ended up uninstalling. Tried to setup a Prepaid annual subscription, which would allow customers to make a single payment for 12 monthly deliveries. As far as I could work out, the app only lets you create a re-occurring annual Prepaid subscription. Also noticed some differences in the app's performance across devices.

5 stars for the help they offered when contacted. (Even at the weekend) All looks good so far. Cheers

Great support team available at any time. Quick responses/actions within a day for every issue raised for resolution. We even got a special widget layout! There are still some wierd translation issues mainly on the app pages, which required a lot of translation work on my own, but c'est la vie. It's a free app. All in all, very happy for all the work they've done for us.

So helpful. My questions were answered so fast and everything about the app and the customer service was easy. highly reccomend.
