This is an excellent app with many features. I use it to synchronize across platforms, and once you understand the app and its functions, it's actually quite straightforward. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. They always respond (some times it takes a bit long, but i am okay with that as long as they respond! :) ) , take the time to understand the problem, are consistently friendly, and genuinely want to help solve any challenges you face. They really go the extra mile.

With the facelift this spring, the app received additional error handling that has made it absolutely rock solid. Love the new flexible pricing plans too!
