Great product and fills a desperate need. Support is kind and helpful, takes a while to respond; unlike most they did not rush or give up after 10 minutes. They dedicated a full 45 minutes to making sure I was fully set up and prepared.

Super helpful for being able to sync wholesaler feeds to store. Support was a lifesaver and helped me navigate setting up some complex integrations, definitely recommend!

I use this on the free version for our business but will likely upgrade soon - but prices are fair. It does what I need, with multiple methods for uploading - we use email from one supplier, and then google sheet for another for around 2,000 SKU's. It simple to use, and works well!

What you should know about this app, well it is excellent it really helps someone that has no prior technical knowledge to follow guides and with a 75 - 100% rate setup his supplier's XML file. ( The rate is adjusted per the file your supplier will provide you with). But besides that, you have a team that constantly tries to support you, edit for you and even check up on you for your ''success''. And that is just incredible, not only as a product but as an overall service. 10/10 would recommend again and again!

Editing this (originally 1 star) review to say that the team fixed this issue and now we are able to use 3rd party fulfillment locations again!! They fixed it within 24 hours after I brought up the issue. Original review below: This app has been AMAZING in the past for our store, since we have multiple vendors and manage syncing inventory from multiple locations. We use a different app for order fulfillments, and now they are no longer supporting fulfillment locations from 3rd party apps. This completely bricks our process and makes the app unusable for our use case. I'm not sure why this change was made but if it's not resolved in some way we will have to switch to a different app.

Recommending. It was quite complicated to set up from customers interface, but customer support is quite good, and they helped out through out the process.
