Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich. Wenn etwas nicht geht, hat es ein kompetenter Support dahinter. Nervend ist am Anfang der Chatbot. Dieser versucht mittels KI das Problem zu lösen. Jedoch funktioniert dies nur in den wenigsten Fällen. Der Support schaltet sich aber schnell ein und ist sehr gut!

I am rewriting my review because the team has been very helpful at solving my problem. Although at this moment is not completely solved yet they are still working on it and been very patient with me as well (I took longer to reply to their email) I strongly recommend it!
