Been using for more than a year. Because of my business' specific, this app is my must have to keep my customers posted. The support is outstanding, albeit you can manage everything by yourself.

This app has great features- custom statuses, ability to automate, internal-only statuses, option to notify the customer or not, etc. We are very much enjoying the app! It runs smoothly, and the support team is wonderful and responsive.

There are some little hiccups with orders not updating straight away (such as tags getting stuck in one state and not changing when the status is updated) but aside from this, the app is excellent! It does everything we need it to, in a straight forward and clean layout that is accessible and user friendly. The support team are fantastic too!

I have been looking for an app like this for months! Thank God the creator commented on a Shopify forum. Unlimited customizable statuses even just at the $9 rate is such a generous feature to have considering other apps only give you like up to 3 customizable statuses and you have to pay more than $9. Also this is so crazy easy to use. Amazing! Thank you Daryl Shannon!
