Total garbage. They recently forced everyone to update to the latest version of the app and it completely broke the functionality. Customer support emailed me with a troubleshooting guide which did not solve the problem. I can't get it to work and I've worked as a systems admin and CTO for 12 years! TERRIBLE APP, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Absolute garbage. Used to work fine. Now it's a steaming pile of poo. I don't want to learn a whole new system, but the ineptitude of Stamps is staggering as of late. Did you hire a whole new staff? Please hire based on merit.

The price of this app is unreasonable compared to alternatives. Additionally, it wasn't uploading tracking from the application.

Wanted to use this program but it only integrates PAID orders and is not consistent with integrating paid orders. It imports around every 2-3 times an hour. We charge people after getting the shipping costs and needed it to import prior to being marked as paid.

My experience is exactly same as the 1st review. I followed the instructions and tried many times but the orders don't get imported. Really BAD application.
