I like the integration to Zapier and Klavyio, and find it very useful for automation. I wish there was a user friendly way to design the success message appearance and not only by custom CSS. However, whenever I needed assistance the support team were there quickly by chat and helped me.

Pretty good, I like how you can see the utms, but you should make it easier to view this data, and possible carry the utm dta into shopify as tags or similar. It would be nice to have a reports section that shows this also.. Sometimes the emails would not come through, but now its a paid service hopefully that will all be fixed.

We’ve tried every form solution out there, and SK: Advanced Form Builder is hands down the best for Shopify. It's completely free, supports image uploads, and integrates beautifully with our PageFly pages. The support is responsive, the form styling is flexible (we even added our own fonts and branding), and it works perfectly for our jewellery repair request system. Can’t believe this much functionality is offered for free. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for serious forms with serious flexibility!

There seems to be a bug in the system — sometimes when a customer submits a form, I don’t receive an email notification. However, I can still find the submitted information in the backend; it’s just that I’m not being notified.
