Building was super easy. When I needed support with the set up on my store I got it super fast. The only problem is some translation problems when you change the page language from English to any other language.

We were looking for form builder that was easy and quick to set up, had conditional logic, notifications, and form layouts that would fit with the aesthetics of our site. We are very pleased with how FormCRM checks all boxes. The built-in AI creates accurate forms that need very little adjustments, if any. The form status feature (new inquiry, in progress, reviewed, etc.) is a valuable plus as it allow us to quickly follow up on each submission within the app, without having to manually export and consolidate data elsewhere. We had a few questions during the implementation, and the support we received from the customer service team (thank you Adnan!) was excellent. We absolutely recommend this app!
