The best part of SPUR is their customer support, They are so patient and help you step by step with images and video explaination. Overall an amazon tool which is both connected and partnered with Shopify and Meta.

After subscribing to their service, I experienced a catastrophic breach of my business account's security: Key Issues: - Unauthorized access to my business account - Over 100 unauthorized ad accounts created under their platform - Significant potential risk to my entire business operations - Completely unresponsive and dismissive customer support When I attempted to contact their support team about this urgent security matter, their response was shockingly inadequate. Their AI-driven support system demonstrated: - Extreme reluctance to address my concerns - Repeated irrelevant questioning - No sense of urgency about the security breach As a result of these unacceptable practices, I was forced to immediately cancel my subscription to protect my business. Recommendation: Potential customers should exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate this platform before considering their services. The security and support failures represent a significant risk to any business.
