CONS: - Unable to edit sms template from panel which is a very basic feature. Needs to contact support to edit. - No integration with 3rd party checkout My initial review was 5. I needed abandoned cart marketing for shiprocket checkout. They called me saying they can do it, promised me and let me sign up for $30. Also they requested for a review which was my initial 5 star review. Few days pasts, some chats and calls and turns out they can't integrate shiprocket checkout. Told me it will take 1 and half months. My purpose for signing up was defeated. Moreover, the app is too basic. We can't modify the template which is an expected basic feature. Also the app sends verification message from their whatsapp nor ours. Leaving this review to guide new users before signing up.
