I love the supply chain options Spocket offers. The price is right on for the service my company receives from them. Their support is humanized and not scripted. They are very professional and quick to answer questions or concerns.

I am active as a supplier on Spocket and have had a very positive experience so far. The platform offers good visibility for my products and gives me direct access to a large number of retailers worldwide. The upload process is clear, and communication with the support team has always been helpful and solution-orientated. I particularly appreciate the fact that orders are forwarded automatically and that the fulfilment process is efficient. In the future, I would like to see even more options for customising the product presentation and better filter functions for retailers, but overall it is a recommendable platform for suppliers who want to sell professionally.
