I'm looking through Spocket for the millionth time after installing and reinstalling it. The real variety of products is in the aliexpress section which are just links to aliexpress products/sellers, not only can you import aliexpress for free with DSers, but blindly adding aliexpress linked products from spocket to your store is one sure way to ruin your reputation before you even start. Why? Most aliexpress products now are promoted by "CHOICE," the aliexpress version of Amazon, meaning aliexpress and choice will be all over the package your customer recieves. Meanwhile the US options are literally just random things added by random sellers they allow on the platform, looks like a thrift shop, bad images, immature and vague description etc, and we're expected to pay $40 just to get started building a thriftshop lol. Not to mention that their listings are so high expecting you to be okay with a few dollars, as if youre not going to be investing in paid ads which leaves you nothing. WARNINGGGGG: I never opted for a subscription plan, not even a free trial. Just downloaded it for a day to look at their offerings then uninstalled the app. My paypal said I have an "auto-pay" of $39.99 scheduled for Spocket, I signed in to my spocket account again, it was showing that I def have the free plan with no subscription on. I was only able to cancel the auto pay directly from my Paypal since the spocket account shows as free trial. I have no idea how it fished my paypal info, prob because paypal is connected to shopify. Beware, if you're credit card is the one connected to shopify the auto pay may not be as obvious.

Spocket’s product selection for the Australian market is limited, which didn’t align with my business needs. The no-refund policy adds to the frustration when the service doesn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide the value I was hoping for.

Regarding Jubilee This is the second review that I am writing as my issues have yet to be resolved. I had what I thought was a productive conversation with Rochelle after my first review. However, it was a lot of lip service and NOTHING has been resolved to date. 1) I have PAID FOR products, by a customer that have not shipped in over 15 days. However, I was given a USPS tracking number for products that are still showing in “Pre-Ship”, which means a label was created by the supplier at their office, but no product has been provided to USPS. (Supplier FL Beauty). 2) I have PAID FOR product, by a customer that I cannot check out on the Jubilee site because the supplier MB Beauty is having “known check-out issues” per Rochelle. I was asked to allow 48 hrs. to correct the issue. It has now been 144 hours and I still can’t check out products. If this would potentially affect the revenues of Jubilee, why wouldn’t they put pressure on MB Beauty to have it resolved expeditiously??? ANSWER: MB Beauty is OWNED by Jubilee, it does not impede their bottom line. FRAUD: I called back the number that Rochelle and I spoke on, and low and behold it was the dropshipping company SPOCKET. Based on the level of poor service I can only assume that their 474 five star reviews are either paid reviews or AI generated reviews. I have NEVER, and I mean EVER had this deplorable level of service in a B2B seeting. SHAME ON YOU Jubilee for not acting at all. (I am a new customer of yours. Less than a month) and this is my first impression. SHAME ON YOU Spocket for not having checks and balance on your operations and allowing this level of service. SHAME ON YOU Shopify for allowing a company to operate on your website who have who have these business practices. I am a hard-working person with a family to support, who is trying to start a small business with my personal hard-earned money, from my day job and this is what I get after paying for a Shopify membership and their ad-on, after paying Jubilee membership and after paying for Spocket. What’s Next: You now have 24 hours to RESOLVE my issues. Or my next correspondence will be… 1) Send a formal complaint to the U.S. Attorney General naming Jubilee, Spocket & Shopify. 2) Send a formal complaint to the BBB (Better, Business Bureau) naming Jubilee, Spocket & Shopify. 3) Go into extreme detractor mode on Jubilee, Spocket & Shopify on Google, Yelp, Birdeye reviews. I will post a review weekly or even DAILY until this is resolved. Please resolve my issue NOW!

3rd class app and developers are not even trying to put any efforts in this app. It takes hours and hours to import products and sometimes no products are even imported. Now I deleted all my products from spocket still I can’t uninstall this app due to an error that says inventory is present in spocket. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Looking for a new dropshipping app. This one was apparently 'free' to start off with or have a 14 day free trial. It wouldn't let me choose a free plan no matter what i did. i'm just starting out & was told to get a free one to start off with, don't be fooled into thinking you have to pay especially as a new dropping site ! even the free trial wasn't free it was asking for $1.99 now !! SCAM ..... AVOID ....

It is confusing; it is shown that the app has a free plan, but when I login, I have to choose from the paid plan.  It would be better if it included a free plan to discover the app, as 14 days is not enough.

False advertising from the getgo. Company states that there is a free plan but after you install the app and give them your email address and other details, you cannot access anything without selecting a paid plan. So there is NO FREE PLAN at all as advertised. Why on earth would I ever consider signing up for a paid plan with a company whose first action with me is to lie and falsely advertise in order to get my details? If you do not want to offer a free plan, that is your prerogative. But then remove that statement from your listing on the Shopify App Store!

I bought a trial to see how their products would compare to CJ or Doba, but I was let down by them dramatically. Then, after attempting to cancel my free trial, I was brought to so many pages of creating passwords and other steps that I was left confused and decided to come back to it at a later time, because surely I thought they would email me when my trial was coming to an end. BUT NO I was charged 40$ the next week after NO EMAIL, taking the last bit of money I had for ads in my account. After going through hell to actually cancel my membership, I finally resorted to leaving bad reviews on every single platform I can find because this, ladies and gentlemen is NOT the dropqsihpping supplier website you want to go to. Not only do they have a terrible selection of products and prices, they are very deceitful in taking your money and I would never recommend this to anyone.

IF I could give this app no stars I would. BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL BAIT AND SWITCH YOUR TRIAL PERIOD INTO AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU UPON REQUEST OF THE ERROR. FRAUD.

My experience with Spocket has been quite disappointing. Initially, the platform appeared promising, offering a wide selection of products from suppliers based in the EU and US, which seemed ideal for my drop shipping business. However, my encounter with their service has been less than satisfactory. The most concerning issue is the unauthorized charges. Despite not giving my consent, I found that Spocket had charged me unexpectedly. This kind of practice is not only unethical but also deeply troubling for any business owner managing tight budgets and expenses. When I reached out to their customer support to address this issue, the response was abysmal. Their support team, especially an agent named Lorena Alejandro, displayed an alarming lack of professionalism. My messages were seen but went unanswered for an extended period. This level of neglect in customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial disputes. In summary, my experience with Spocket has been marred by unauthorized charges and a severe lack of responsive customer support. If you value transparency and reliable support in your drop shipping ventures, I would advise caution when considering Spocket.

Just hope you never have an issue with them. I did not recall purchasing a year membership and as soon as it was deducted from my account I contacted Spocket to see if it were possible to receive a refund. One of the reps said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I never heard back. I contacted them again and over several conversations, not only was nothing resolved but they also stopped answering me, which I consider very disrespectful. I would not work with them again and would recommend Zendrop or Syncee for someone looking to dropship as they have better customer service.

I do not recommend this company because they are scammers who will take money from you by any possible ways. I was subscribed for a free plan and when I login again I received a sign up for spocket- pop up window, and when I clicked to close this window I didn't even know they subscribed me for a paid plan. Stay away from them ,don't waste your time.
