I have been using Comment Sold and giving a try to SoldLIve because Joe has been resolving all doubts and issues all the time. The app is really easy to use and with the new features that they have developed, we will be able to send a notification to all our subscribers every time that we go live, like we used to do with comment sold. I haven't used it yet, but I will come back with an update soon. ok .... so.... UPDATE: After using it for almost 3 years, they suddenly, just before Black Friday, changed their prices, and now I have to pay the same as using Comment Sold. If I don´t keep paying, I will lose all the following. I think they should keep old prices for OGs like other apps. Now I regret moving from Comment Sold to this app.

We’ve absolutely loved using this software! It’s incredibly easy to navigate and has been a tremendous help in meeting our needs. A major plus is that they charge a simple monthly fee instead of taking a percentage of sales, which is a huge benefit. Their team is also very knowledgeable and always ready to assist if needed. I have been trying to get in touch with them via email for continuing to take a monthly fee even though I have opted out of their program per the email I got from them stating it wasnt a great fit because I barely used it. So why is NO ONE responding to my messages!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really great app, Genius actually! We've never done lives before so was trying to figure out how to do it and research lead us to this app. Which is the only app if you wanna do this as a Shopify seller as it invoices directly from Shopify seamlessly, we have automatic fulfillment set up for all our products and the orders that came through the app fulfilled automatically. We also have different variants per product and the customers received DM's on IG to select all the variants in our product sets and managed to check out without issues. I feel like I could start a live sale only business to make money with this app. Go for it!

Great product, simple and easy to use, but does not allow to sell on other business platforms besides your own.

I switched from CS to SoldLive about 2 years ago and I am so happy I did! My customers felt "pushed" with CS but with SoldLive there isnt the excessive push to get them to shop. They already shopped my shopify website so comfortably. Plus they don't have to make an account, everything is linked through Shopify. I love the look of it when we go Live and still makes me feel "official." PLus the customer service is phenomenal! Can't recommend these guys enough
