Purchased the Grow plan, but my account cannot log in (persistent ‘Something went wrong’ error) and we cannot go live. We’ve contacted support with payment proof and screenshots, yet responses have been very slow and there’s still no resolution. We will update this review if the issue gets fixed, but for now this has been a disappointing experience. Update: Our account access has been restored and we have successfully gone live again. Thank you to the team for the follow-up and fix. As a suggestion, an in-dashboard maintenance notice would help ensure important messages are not missed.

What a game changer of a product! Support team is extremely responsive and care about you delivering exceptional live videos!

We have been using the app for over a month now, and have already done three live shows of one hour each. Found the product easy to setup and use. The support team is also very reachable. We reached out to them with a few queries like if we could download the videos and they were able to resolve all our queries. Our users have also found the app interface during live streaming quite easy to use. We highly recommend it if you are planning to integrate live streaming into your Shopify store.

We just had our first show with Channelize, and it was a big success! Their support and strategies were really helpful in getting us up and running, and RTMP feature is really helpful if you need to stream from another platform into Channelize.

This app is a great idea.Well thought out in presentation with details like a beautify filter. However, set up was very problematic and I am not a newbie to online selling or installing Shopify apps. Support was very nice and tried to be helpful, but there is a 12 hour time difference between India and PDT and they don't work on weekends. You will need the 2 week trial period because there is a lot of waiting for help. Set up was not easy. The companion host app that works on your phone to broadcast the live is not compatible with iPhone16. It is not compatible with iPad. There are not enough easy to understand instructions or videos available to help you trouble shoot on your own. Channelize.io, you need "how to install for dummies" videos with step-by-step instructions illustrated as one goes through installation showing what everything looks like and will look like. The AI help chat on the dashboard is completely useless. I am super disappointed and hope in the future that these issues will be addressed as I would love to try again. You have a great idea, but it needs some serious fine tuning.
